Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
At Special Deliveries, we take great care in preparing for each event to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Because inventory and supplies are purchased in advance specifically for your booking, the following policy applies:
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 full business days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 full business days prior to the event will receive a refund of the $250 service fee only. The remaining balance is non-refundable, as all necessary goods and preparations will have already been secured.
Weather & Rescheduling

In the event of inclement weather, clients may choose to proceed with the event as scheduled (if conditions allow) or reschedule the event within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

Weather-related cancellations made within 7 business days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled within the 90-day window.

If Special Deliveries is unable to safely perform the event due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will be offered the option to reschedule within 90 days or receive a full refund.
Inability To Perform
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain the quality, preparation, and reliability of each event we serve. We also recommend having a backup plan or covered area for outdoor events.
